The all-in-one closed fat grafting system that optimises cell viability by:
- Minimising graft trauma during harvest and processing

The components of the LipoGrafter® kit include:
Atraumatic tissue valve (AT-Valve®)
KVAC® constant-vacuum harvesting device
Tubing connection set
Four collection bags
Exposure to ambient air is detrimental to adipocyte viability because of drying and potential contamination with prolonged exposure (see Fig. 1)1. LipoGrafter® provides excellent protection from ambient air because it is a closed system.
LipoGrafter® uses collection bags for sedimentation and decantation. This is the processing technique associated with the highest levels of adipocyte viability (see Fig. 2)[1.]
Data shows that high vacuum pressure can negatively affect cell survival during the processing method (see Fig. 3)1. LipoGrafter® uses around 300 mmHg of pressure to optimise and ensure cell viability.
